Healing and hope may be your best gift this Christmas season for the Village of Mungo Dosso, Nigeria, where United Methodists were attacked in their church on Sunday December 15. One young adult, age 27, and two children 2 and 4 were killed and 10 others were injured. As many as 16 homes were destroyed. You can learn more about this brutal attack at UMCNigeria.org. While the police have restored order to the village, the families affected are still trying to make sense of what has happened to them and they need our help in rebuilding their lives and their homes.
We are inviting you to make a donation through the United Methodist Advance. 100% of your gift will go to restoring hope, homes and lives. Every gift is important, and no gift is too large or too small. Every gift matters, and we invite you to give as you can. Christ will be reborn in our hearts as we work together to restore hope and healing.
To give to the Nigeria Village Fund please use Advance #00383A, Nigeria UMC.
